Even though this was taken on the street and NYC law allows its use, there is a minor in the photo and because I know the minor's mom I want to check with her before I unlock it.

I currently only have persons that I know she would not mind seeing it.


There is one small problem, I am not the person who took the photo nor was it my camera. A professional photographer that I know took it and he owns the photo rights. He's the one that sent me a copy to use.

Yes that's Wendy last year's Recipient of the Brenda Howard Memorial Award award[do you know her?] and FYI he is wearing the bi pride flag [I was going to wear it but he ask if he could].

Can you please tell the others to e-mail me - for some reason the email I have for them fail.

The world is so freaking small. When you see her tell her Lara from way back when from the Queens College Womyn's Center said Hi!

I has know Wendy for many years [at least 14-15]. And the kicker is that she also knew Brenda!

you should your on the list! Your LJ is included in the "Security" list of the LJ's allowed to access the photo.

I am just waiting for permission to make it public [can you get it for me please?].
