This weekend we lost two great Actors:

First we lost Don Knotts, who is best know as the bumbling Deputy Barney Fife on "The Andy Griffith Show" and later as the would-be swinger landlord Ralph Furley on "Three's Company". Then we lost Darren McGavin who roles included TV's "Riverboat" and "Kolchak: The Night Stalker." as well as his portraying Gen. George Patton in the 1979 TV biography "Ike." He is also remembered as the grouchy dad in "A Christmas Story.".

There is of course more I can write about these two.
